For us, safety, presence and predictability are the foundation for development. We work consciously with children's nervous system, regulation and need for calm and breaks, because we know that children need a balance between activity, belonging and restitution.

We aim to create a child-friendly environment where children are not shaped to fit into fixed frames, but where we as adults are willing to adjust the frames so that more children have the opportunity to succeed.

• Is reflective and open to new pedagogical perspectives.
• Wants to actively contribute to a professional and developing work community.

You do not need to know all of our pedagogical approaches beforehand. The most important thing is that you are curious, engaged and want to learn and develop together with us.

Working hours: We are primarily seeking a full-time employee.

Salary: According to applicable collective agreement.

Start date: By agreement.
