We are seeking an engaged, present and playful pedagogue for our nursery. The position is 30-37 hours per week with a start date 1 January 2027.

Who are we?

Æblehuset is an integrated 0-6 year institution with 50 children distributed across two nursery groups and one preschool group.

We are part of Dagtilbud Vest, which consists of nine child houses, resource groups, pedagogical advisers and a shared day-care leader. At the same time, we have our own pedagogical leader in the house, which ensures close leadership.

In Æblehuset we value diversity and community. We meet each child as a unique individual while consciously working to support positive child communities and safe relationships.

Our pedagogical practice is built on presence, reflection and professionalism. The children's groups are often divided into smaller play and activity groups, and we deliberately work to create good play and learning environments both outdoors and indoors.

Our shared pedagogical foundation rests on five central building blocks: Togetherness, mastery, formation, curiosity and joy.

We collaborate closely across the house and particularly value the secure transition from nursery to kindergarten.

We are looking for a colleague who

• Is professionally well-founded and can create inspiring play- and learning environments.
• Has an eye for the child’s perspective and can plan daily life based on the children’s needs, interests and the pedagogical curriculum.
• Meets children, parents and colleagues with acknowledgment, empathy and professionalism.
• Works from a resource perspective and sees both the individual child’s and the community’s strengths and potential.
• Is present, clear and relationally strong
• Active in children’s play and aware of the play’s importance for children’s well-being, development and formation
• Can maintain focus on the core task.
• Is flexible, proactive and adaptable in an often busy and unpredictable everyday life.
• Has knowledge of ICDP and the Circle of Safety (Tryghedscirklen) or a wish to train in it.
• Prioritizes a close and trustful collaboration with parents, where you are aware of your responsibility for the collaboration.
• Is a team player who contributes positively to the community
