Børnehuset Vingesuset is seeking a pedagog for a permanent position in the nursery

Do you want to help fill the youngest children's backpacks with courage, security and good experiences? We are looking for a pedagogue who is passionate about making a difference at the child level.

Børnehuset Vingesuset is seeking a qualified pedagog for a permanent 37-hour week position in the nursery department Mosevej. Start date is January 1, 2027, and preferably earlier if possible.

At Børnehuset Vingesuset we believe that children develop best in an environment characterized by care, play, learning and strong communities. You will become part of an engaged team in the Mosevej department, where we have 3 nursery groups and 2 kindergarten groups. In two of the nursery groups we have 4 special places. Department Mosevej has good physical spaces both outdoors and indoors.

Børnehuset Vingesuset has two departments: Mosevej Department (3 nursery groups and 2 kindergarten groups) and Riis Toft Department (2 nursery groups and 2 kindergarten groups). We work with VLS (Vi lærer sammen), which is an evidence-based pedagogical initiative that provides the educational staff with concrete tools to strengthen children's language, mathematics and social skills.

• Are a trained pedagogue with strong relationship and attachment competencies
• Keep an overview in the group, have an appreciative approach and are able to follow the children’s cues
• Can adjust to the children's emotional state and support their participation opportunities
• Translate theory into practice in visible actions that benefit the children's play and learning in everyday life
• Are willing to develop a strong nursery team and prioritise close, trusting parental collaboration
• Thrive in a changing environment and master everyday dilemmas with reflection and knowledge sharing
• Contribute positively to the work environment with good energy, humor and a resource-oriented view of people
