Educators or pedagogical assistants for the nursery at the Blæksprutten Sports Institution

Have you just completed your education, or do you have plenty of experience, and are you passionate about supporting children's play, well-being, and development? Then you have the opportunity to become part of a team that shares the same passion.

Blæksprutten is an integrated institution in two departments with 36 toddlers and 44 kindergarten children.

We are looking for a colleague with strong professional competencies, who has an overview, and who works in an appreciative way with both colleagues, children and parents. You are good at creating positive contact and through that forming close relationships with the children. You place high value on laughter and hugs, even when we are busy, and you want to help create a good atmosphere in the room and in the rest of the house together with us.

We work across rooms, we place a high value on community and cover for each other, as no one should stand alone. This also helps create a safe environment for children and parents who know the adults and the other children.

We have a large playground with a bonfire house, a football field and many play environments. We have good indoor facilities with space for play and movement. We also have good connections to Amager Fælled, the beach and other green areas, which also give the children good opportunities for sensory and nature experiences.

We have a special focus on pedagogical physical education both in daily routines, in fixed weekly programs across rooms and in larger projects. We regularly send staff on courses in pedagogical physical education.

• are educated as a pedagogue or pedagogical assistant and are able to translate your professional knowledge into practice
• have experience in or an interest in working with play and movement

• see the importance of positive parent collaboration and can conduct parent conversations
• are creative, engaged, autonomous and can take initiative
• are responsible, robust and stable
• actively contribute to a healthy and positive working environment and collaborative culture
• are an active participant in our house

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment terms according to the applicable collective agreement and within the framework of local pay formation.

The position is 37 hours per week. Start date from now or by agreement.

In connection with the employment, we will obtain a child and criminal records check as well as references.
