In your team you will follow an annual wheel that provides time for professional deepening about the pedagogical effort as well as professional supervision. Your work is built around fixed daily structures, but you will still never experience that two days are the same.

It is advantageous that you

• Have a relevant pedagogical, health care or social care education.
• Have knowledge of working with people with complex development challenges
• Have expertise that enables you to maintain an overview and make decisions under pressure
• Have a high degree of empathy, honesty and be willing to take responsibility
• Have experience with personal care – otherwise we will teach you
• Have a Class B driving license

About HabitusHuset Hellesen Park

HabitusHuset Hellesen Park is a newly established solo offering located close to the Køgebugt motorway and a stone’s throw from Ølby S-train station. We work 2-1 around a citizen with long meetings – there is therefore ample opportunity for relationship work, deepening and further contribute to the pedagogical framework for the citizen.
