About the position

In the Pedagogical Psychiatric Guidance Center we are in full swing to strengthen our activity and social/interaction offers to citizens according to the Danish Service Act §104. The house is used by two target groups: citizens with mental vulnerability and citizens with functional variations such as different types of cognitive disabilities.

We have a wonderful house, with space and opportunities for many different activities for the citizens. We work with a focus on the individual and their needs to create as meaningful and coherent everyday life as possible. We also have a focus on health-related professional and learning communities that can strengthen the citizens as best as possible in their daily lives.

We are seeking an engaged, creative and initiative-taking activities assistant with a special eye for movement, body and mind.

You will become a central part of our further work and you will have the opportunity to influence both form and content in our offerings.

Ideally you have knowledge of and willingness to teach mindfulness, yoga and other movement. Knowledge of group dynamics and a resource-oriented focus, just as you understand to adapt the level in the activity to the individual participant.

If you have relevant competences within nature, music or other activities with the target group, we would love to hear from you. With us we have a strong focus on promoting mental health and strengthening everyday coping. We work with targeted and academically based initiatives. Knowledge of recovery-oriented rehabilitation, CHIME and LA2 would be an advantage. We document in Nexus.

Application deadline is 6 December 2026 and we expect to conduct interviews on 9 December.

The position is 37 hours which fall between 8-16 Monday-Friday.

Your salary will be negotiated according to the agreement with your professional organization, and is based on your qualifications.
