Your tasks are

• Support and guide the citizens individually based on needs.
• Support or guide the citizens with personal care.
• Work with the citizens' sub-goals, together with the citizens.
• Take responsibility for practical tasks in the house.

About us

Stadionallé is located on a residential street in the town of Vojens. Here live six citizens. They all live in their own apartment with direct access to a shared kitchen and living room. At Stadionallé there are 7 skilled employees, 5 pedagogues and 2 pedagogue assistants.

We form a team that daily works to support the citizens in a safe and secure everyday life in all contexts.

We have a strong work community, with a focus on the working environment, well-being and professionalism, where we help each other and share what we have succeeded with, as well as what can be difficult.

We work with the visited pedagogical goals and health care services from the Authority. This requires a good overview in order to develop and maintain good holistic solutions for the citizens.

Our core task is, in collaboration with the citizen, to motivate and support the citizens in their development and well-being to master their own life, based on the citizen's nearest zone for development. This is based on the citizen's individual goals, competences, needs and wishes.

A characteristic for the citizens is a need for a clear external structure, as well as support for energy management.

Therefore we always focus on the citizens' individual structure in a predictable environment.

We document citizen tasks in the professional system Cura, based on the social and health-related interventions to which the citizens are admitted.

Target group at Stadionallé

Stadionallé is one of Haderslev Municipality's 24/7 residences, and belongs to Care Group D, which consists of a residential facility in Haderslev and Stadionallé in Vojens. The citizens are admitted under § 85 and § 83 support according to the Social Services Act and live under ABL § 105 sub. 2.

Working hours

The position hours are from 7:00 to 22:30, as well as every 3rd weekend. We are very flexible regarding wishes as far as possible, and there is also an opportunity to swap shifts with colleagues.

Salary and employment terms

The position is paid in accordance with the applicable collective agreement between KL and the relevant professional organization. The expected starting salary for 30 hours will be in the range of 21,364 DKK - 23,626 DKK plus pension and allowances for evening and weekend. The final placement within the range is based on objective criteria such as relevant education and documented work experience.

A criminal record check will be conducted upon employment.

The position is 30 hours. The last 7 hours up to 37 hours will be vacant across the entire Bogruppe D.
