Paver for road and paving in Roslev

We are looking for a paving contractor for roadworks, paving and construction in Roslev.

You will join a contractor team of about 10 employees, where earthworks, sewer, water and paving are closely linked. The tasks range from private driveways and new builds to commercial projects where the substrate must be in order before you lay the paving. The work is around Roslev, and everyday life shifts between solo, pair and crew depending on the task.

You will have a role where you don’t just stand and lay stones from morning to knock-off. There is also pre-work, base construction, drainage and coordination with the other trades on site. The foreman works on-site himself, and the social culture probably means you’re allowed to have a laugh along the way.

What you get Salary: 190-220 DKK per hour

Everyday: Paving, base construction and earthworks

Your everyday You take on the sequence from the start: first pre-work, then base, slope and drainage, and then the actual paving. Some tasks require you to get things to click yourself, while others require close coordination with a partner or crew. When rainwater, sewer or road construction comes into play, it’s important that you say so before the work goes off track.

You will among other things be working with

• Building the base up and preparing it for paving
• Working with sewer, drainage and rainwater
• Doing paving on new builds
• Laying paving on road and construction projects
• Setting curbs, tiles and stones after the task

The motto here is simple: it should be fun to go to work. It doesn’t mean slacking, but that you speak properly, help each other and still get the job done right.

We are looking for you who can check most boxes You don’t need to know everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your commitments.
