Pedagogical leader for the resource center and preventive interventions at Trekløverskolen

At Trekløverskolen in Frederikssund Municipality we are seeking a pedagogical leader who can help develop, set a clear direction for our resource center and preventive initiatives. An school on three sites – one common pedagogical focus

Trekløverskolen is distributed on three sites: two primary schools (0th-6th grade) and a lower secondary school (7th-9th grade). It requires a leader who can create visible leadership in daily life, and who can ensure a red, pedagogical thread across the entire organization. You must have the courage to navigate in this structure and translate municipal strategies into meaningful practice for staff and teams.

The most important thing is that we get the right person, who dares these four core tasks

• Staff management and capacity building

You set the direction for our inclusion staff and mentors. Together with them you develop our pedagogical practice so that they support and spar with our teams directly in the general environment as part of our long-term strategic development.

• Spokesperson for the difficult child cases in a strong leadership partnership

You maintain the pedagogical compass in complex cases. Here you work closely with the daily pedagogical leaders (who have the management responsibility for the teachers) and the SFO leader (who has personnel responsibility for SFO staff). Together you ensure that the difficult cases are solved in the child's day, and that you jointly help staff and parents develop, maintain and evaluate sustainable action plans. For you the difficult, concrete case is not just firefighting – this is where we seize the opportunity to learn and develop daily practice.

• Coordination of inter-professional collaboration

You become the school's coordinator and bridge-builder toward our important external partners in PPR and Family Department.

• Absence initiative in the Program for Stronger Communities

You lead and drive the school's absence initiative and ensure that the common municipal framework becomes a concrete reality on all three sites.

You will be part of a dynamic and equal leadership team

You enter a leadership team that besides you consists of a principal, three pedagogical leaders, an SFO leader and an administrative leader. Inclusion at Trekløverskolen is not a solo project for the resource center; it is a team sport. Your successful work presupposes close and coordinated collaboration with the pedagogical leaders and the SFO leader, so that your respective leadership responsibilities complement each other in daily life.

We imagine that you

• Have experience from the school world and are passionate about developing practice in eye-level with staff, inclusion counselors and your leadership colleagues .
• Believe that a school should be child-ready, and that inclusion succeeds through changed learning environments in both school and SFO time.
• Stand solid in your professional judgment – also when a case is complex and has many stakeholders.
• Are structured and systematic, so that agreements and action plans are always followed through.
