Everyday life at Møllehatten – a unique community and meaningful work community

You will become a central part of our fixed team, which together creates the framework for 13 citizens with physical, mental and communicative challenges. Our practice is built on a neuropedagogical approach, where we support citizens' individual needs so they experience development and joy in daily life. The house, which is located scenically on the outskirts of Vordingborg with its own garden, provides safe and flexible frames for rich activities and social communities.

You work closely with colleagues from both the activity house and the associated housing units and have a close interdisciplinary collaboration with health care colleagues, both internally and externally.

Your day starts in the housing unit, where you help the citizens to start safely with morning routines; such as getting up and having breakfast. Thereafter you follow together to Møllehatten for the day's activities. Everything we do is based on values of respect, professionalism and supporting both basic and social needs. That is what you can expect as part of our team. A-huset houses 12 citizens, of whom seven are part-time registered.

The position is 34 hours per week and working hours distributed across all weekdays from Monday to Friday – usually between 07:00 and 15:00.

Salary and employment terms follow the applicable collective agreement, and we will of course ensure that all necessary attestations are collected in accordance with Vordingborg Municipality's procedures.
