Pedagogue or Pedagogical Assistant for Trinbrættet Kindergarten Wanted

Do you want to help, leave your mark and create magical moments for 3- to 4-year-old children? Then now is your chance to become part of a fantastic kindergarten.

A morning at Trinbrættet may begin with a child proudly showing a newly drawn dinosaur. A little later you help build a cave, find exciting things in nature or sing today's favourite song together with the children. It is in the small moments that relationships arise, curiosity grows, and the children develop.

At Trinbrættet we experience several children in the kindergarten, and therefore we are looking for a full-time pedagogue or pedagogical assistant who wants to be a meaningful adult in the daily life of our 3-4-year-olds.

Who are we?

Trinbrættet is an integrated day care at Trane School and Børneby. We are a small house with about 12 children in the baby group and 30 children in the kindergarten. Here we know each other well, help each other in daily life and work together to create a safe, inspiring and developmental childhood. Here, music, creativity, nature and community matter a lot. We believe that children develop best through close relationships, play and experiences that make sense in their daily lives.

Who are you?

You are trained as an Educator (Pædagog) or pedagogical assistant and want to work with the 3-4-year-old children.

• meets children with presence, warmth and recognition
• is curious about children's perspectives and initiatives
• can work independently and take responsibility
• gets ideas for play, activities and creative projects
• sees the value in close collaboration with parents and colleagues
• contributes positively to the community and job satisfaction

What can we offer?

With us you don't just get a job, but the opportunity to shape development in a smaller institution where ideas are heard and where there is a short path from thought to action.

• great influence on daily life and the development of Trinbrættet
• a strong collegial community with room for sparring and laughter
• close collaboration with management and colleagues
• competence development, courses and Erasmus+-opportunities
• a workplace characterized by professional pride, engagement and heart
