Educator or pedagogical assistant sought for maternity leave replacement at the independent day care Tinghøjen, the position is attached to the nursery.

Are you a presence-rich and professionally engaged educator/pedagogical assistant who is passionate about creating a safe and developmental everyday life for children aged 0-2 years? Do you want to become part of a smaller, manageable children's house with influence on everyday life? Then you are the one we are looking for for a maternity leave replacement!

As an independent day care institution, we have our own board, close ties to the parent group and a high degree of pedagogical freedom to shape our framework. We are seeking a 32-hour maternity leave replacement with start on 15.11.2026 or as soon as possible. The position is primarily attached to our nursery, in the Myrer room.

Tinghøjen is located in Esbjerg, Østerbyen, and houses a total of 74 children and 20 dedicated colleagues. Our values are: security, recognition, community, joy of life. Salary and terms of employment

Salary and employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement with BUPL or FOA, and according to the Ny Løn principles. Upon hiring, criminal record and child safeguarding checks are obtained.
