Permanent night shift position available at Social-Psychiatric Residential Care Mariested

SSH, SSA or staff member with experience from the health and social care sector and night work

Mariested is a social-psychiatric housing facility with 44 adult residents who have psychiatric diagnoses such as schizophrenia, bipolar affective disorder and personality disorder. Some residents have symptoms of dementia and/or need help with personal care. The residents live in their own apartments.

We are physically divided into three teams with 12, 13 and 19 residents respectively.

At Mariested we work from a recovery perspective with a focus on development and independence to promote the resident's opportunity to live a meaningful and autonomous life. As an employee you will help solve our core task. This is done, among other things, by using the methods Low Arousal 2 (LA2) and Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT).

The position is full-time with appointment from 1 January 2027. Work is primarily in a 5-2 pattern with work every second weekend in waking night shifts from 23:00 to 07:00. There are few day shifts, among other things for meetings and courses.

You will become part of the night shift team consisting of six employees. In the night shift there are most hours three employees on duty at a time. As night shift you perform tasks across the entire Mariested.

• Has experience with working at night.
• Is reliable.
• Has an interest in psychiatry.
• Can remain calm and maintain overview in tense situations.
• Can work professionally and differentiate according to the individual resident's goals and wishes.
• Has good IT skills as well as good communication skills both written and verbal.
• Can reflect on one's own practice and give and receive professional feedback.
• Can work professionally and separate personal norms from the professional work.
• Actively participates in developing the professional level and the good working environment.

Salary and employment terms

Remuneration is according to the applicable collective agreement.
