We are a family-owned temp agency where we know each other well, help each other and have a close and personal contact with both customers and temps. The days vary – some days the phone is busy, while on other days there is time to go out and visit customers.

Your tasks

• Booking and coordinating temps
• Daily contact with customers and temps
• Handling changes, illness and urgent bookings
• Recruitment and screening of new temps
• Telephone and written contact
• Customer visits to existing customers
• Administrative tasks related to staffing and personnel
• Participation in our on-call system and on-call phone

Who are you?

We imagine that you

• Are service-minded and good at communicating with many different people
• Can keep an overview – also when changes happen suddenly
• Are autonomous, responsible and good at finding solutions
• Are flexible regarding working hours and tasks
• Have good IT skills
• Master Danish and English in both writing and speaking
• Have a driver's license – that's an advantage, but not a requirement

If you have experience with recruitment, sales, customer service, personnel or from the temp industry, that is of course an advantage, but not a requirement. For us, your personality, your approach to people and your ability to take responsibility matter at least as much.
