At Statens It our service desk is something of a central hub. It is the first place our users contact if they need help. It is at the service desk that we can always get a read on what is going on with our customers. We are seeking supporters for our team in Ballerup, who will deliver first-class support to the many employees in the state. About the position As an employee at Statens Its service desk you will be part of a strong team of about 70 skilled and helpful colleagues, distributed across seven teams. We are busy, we have fun and we focus on your professional and personal development.

Your work will be distributed among the following tasks

• Communication with our users via telephone, service portal and chat
• Receiving inquiries from users and registering them in our case system
• General troubleshooting and solving IT challenges
• Receiving and prioritizing tasks and orders
• Onsite support in ministries, agencies etc. in connection with projects where you participate in a rotating schedule to be an Onsite employee about every 4 weeks.

About you First and foremost, you have the desire and ability to help make a difference for our users by delivering professional and service-minded IT support. Your background is not decisive, but you have a flair for IT, and you thrive on talking on the phone and helping users via remote support.

The workday at the service desk often takes a different turn than expected, so it is important that you are open to trying new things and can stay calm and maintain an overview.

About us In Statens It we work to drive effective IT support and ensure a high and consistent IT service across the state. The main tasks include operations, support, development and harmonisation of IT in the state.

Employment terms You are employed under the common agreement between the Ministry of Finance and Public Employees Organizations – The public sector (OAO common agreement) and the organizational agreement for Office Clerks, Laboratory Technicians and IT employees (HK) in the state.

It is a condition of employment that you can be security cleared to SECRET and subsequently maintain the security clearance throughout your employment. In connection with the employment you will be asked to submit a private police record, which you obtain via www.politi.dk, or by appearing in person at your local police station. We will tell you more about this during the course of the employment process.

It is also a condition for your employment that you have the possibility to participate in a 24/7 operation by taking evening, night or weekend shifts (civil servants' working time agreement, chapter 4).

We are seeking full-time positions of 37 hours. Your workplace will be at our office in Ballerup.
