Physiotherapist for a growing health team

About the position

As a physiotherapist in our health team you will be one of the first contacts for our customers with health insurance. You will have daily contact with customers, both via phone and digitally, and help them with medical advice, triage and coordination of their care pathway.

Your task will include ensuring that the customer is triaged to the correct level of care and receives professional and safe guidance. You need to be able to navigate both public and private healthcare and contribute to creating a coherent and secure care pathway for each customer.

Responsibilities

In the role you will have a varied and responsible everyday life where you combine your medical competence with advice, coordination and close contact with our customers. You will become an important part of the health team and contribute to ensuring our customers get the right support and guidance throughout the care pathway. Your main tasks include:

• Daily contact with customers via telephone and digital channels.
• Triage to the right level of care as well as medical advice and guidance.
• Navigation and coordination of care paths within both public and private care.
• Claims handling.
• Alignment and advice with colleagues on complex cases.
• Active participation in the health team's professional development.

We are looking for you who

To thrive and succeed in the role we see that you have a solid physiotherapy background and feel confident in your profession. We are looking for you who combine clinical experience with good communication skills and a solution-oriented approach.

• Is a licensed physiotherapist.
• Has at least 4 years of relevant professional experience as a physiotherapist.
• Preferably has experience from several medical specialist areas.
• Has experience from the Swedish health care system.
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and masters English.
• Finds it easy to adapt to new IT systems and can navigate in several systems at the same time while having good dialogue with the customer.
• Preferably has experience of health insurance, communication or relevant further education or specialization. This is meritorious but not required.

As a person you are accommodating, empathetic and solution-oriented in contact with customers as well as partners and colleagues. You enjoy contact with customers and communicate professionally and service-oriented, even when handling complex questions.

You are used to working independently and making qualified decisions, while knowing when you need to seek help from your colleagues for guidance and support. You take responsibility for your tasks, work efficiently and thrive in a changing everyday life with clear frameworks, goals and structure.
