Pipefitter or structural fitter wanted for insurance claims

We are busy in our insurance department at Bytømreren Vejle and therefore seek a skilled and independent pipefitter or structural plumber for our sewer department.

The position primarily involves sewer-related insurance claims, where you will be responsible for managing the tasks from start to finish. We are looking for a colleague who thrives with freedom under responsibility, takes pride in their professional craft and can build good relationships with customers.

The duties include among others

• Handling sewer-related insurance claims
• TV inspection and fault finding on sewer systems
• Carrying out point repairs
• Installation of rodent barriers
• Quality assurance and documentation of performed work
• Customer contact and direct agreement with the customer
• Planning and coordination of own tasks
• Photo documentation and reporting
• Responsible for the tasks from site inspection to final delivery

We expect you to

• Be trained as a pipe fitter or structural plumber
• Have experience with sewer work – preferably within insurance claims
• Can work independently and take responsibility for your own tasks
• Have experience with TV inspection or a desire to learn it
• Be service-minded and professional in dealings with customers
• Work in a structured way and have a focus on quality and documentation
• Hold a driving license B+E
