Plejehjemmet Tingager in Ringe seeks a Social and Health Care Assistant for the evening shift

We are seeking a trained social- and health care assistant for a fixed evening shift.

The position is basically 37 hours per week, of which 28 hours are evening shifts and the remaining hours, if you wish for full-time, can be in mixed shifts.

We work 5-2 and have weekends off every 2nd weekend in odd weeks.

The positions are preferably to be filled by 1.1.2027 or as soon as possible

We want a colleague with initiative, a smile on their face and who is flexible and will engage with the residents of the house.

About Plejehjemmet Tingager

At Tingager, everyday life revolves around security, presence and community. We work in the residents' homes and create the framework for a good and dignified life, where each resident's wishes and needs are always in focus.

The care home has 58 apartments and is centrally located in the town of Ringe. We provide care and support around the clock and place great emphasis on both professional quality and humane care.

We work based on the Eden Alternative Philosophy, where we actively work to create a home where many forms of life thrive, both individually and in a community. We have a goal to become an Eden Alternative registered home in 2027.

We offer a 3-day Eden Alternative training program.

At Tingager, interdisciplinarity and development are natural parts of everyday life and we work purposefully with:

• Person-centered care based on Tom Kitwood's theory
• Implementation of Eden Alternative
• Daily triage meetings, interdisciplinary meetings and resident conferences
• A close collaboration between SSH, SSA, nurses, residents and their families.

Your tasks will include

• Perform basic care and support rehabilitation
• Observe residents' well-being and document relevant professional knowledge
• Contribute to coherence in residents' pathways
• Maintain contact with residents, families and collaborators
• Handle autonomous nursing tasks within your core competency
• Coordinate tasks and knowledge sharing between teams

We work in Nexus – familiarity is an advantage, but not a requirement. Training is provided.

• Are a trained social- and health care assistant
• Have insight into and understanding of the life and life situation of elderly care home residents
• Have a professional interest in geriatrics, dementia and medication for the elderly as well as knowledge of both pharmacological and non-pharmacological approaches
• Can help shape a good everyday life around the residents and think health-professional and social-professional efforts together
• Are a good colleague and take shared responsibility for the overall task and see interdisciplinarity as a strength
• Have a good overview
• Communicate clearly and work structurally with documentation.
• Are reliable, flexible and good at collaboration
