Plumber for private homes in Hedensted

Do you want a good salary, a company car and freedom with responsibility?

We are looking for a plumbing installer (VVS-montør) for a new build in Hedensted.

You will become part of a larger plumbing organization, where professionalism and proper service fill daily work. The work is on private residential projects, and you work in pairs, so there is a steady rhythm on site. Here it is about doing the work right the first time, so both the customer and the next trades can move forward. The company’s own line is simple: good craftsmanship from start to finish.

The role suits you if you want responsibility without standing alone. You get a company car, the possibility of a good salary and flexibility in planning the work. With permanent employment, piece-rate pay can become part of the salary if the setup fits.

What you get Salary: 220-260 DKK per hour

Company car: Yes

Work area: Hedensted and surroundings

Colleagues: Approximately 95 employees

Collective agreement: Employed under the current collective agreement

Employment: Permanent employment - we are looking for people we can work with for many years. No short courses.

Everyday: New builds, in pairs and flexible planning

Your daily life On the site you work according to the stage that has been agreed for the new build. You and your partner divide the tasks so that pipes, installations and sanitation are ready in the right order. There is freedom to plan the work, but you speak up if something doesn’t add up.

You will among other things work with

• Working with plumbing on new builds in private homes
• Doing pipe laying and installation of water supply
• Installing sanitary ware and making it ready for use
• Working with underfloor heating and heating installations
• Servicing and fault finding when an installation needs adjustment

The important thing here is that you can keep commitments and speak politely with both your partner, the foreman and the customer. There is room to plan the day sensibly, as long as the work is delivered properly.

We’re looking for you who can tick off most of it You don’t need to be able to do everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your commitments.

We imagine that you

• Have a driver’s license
• Have experience as a VVS-montør
• Can work in a pair without needing to be led by the hand
• Can plan your part of the work and signal changes
• Arrive reliably and speak politely with customers and colleagues

It’s an advantage if you have worked with new builds before. But the most important thing is that you can take hold and deliver VVS work you can stand behind.

Already in a job? Then of course it should make sense to change.

Therefore we start with a non-committal chat. You can hear more about the tasks, the company, the pay and daily life before you decide anything. And yes, it happens discreetly.
