Your daily life

You receive a case, assess what is urgent, and drive out with the equipment that is needed. When the task requires multiple trades, you report back so that electricians, plumbers or other technicians can be connected.

You will among other things work with

• Responding to VVS service and dampers
• Detecting and remedying VVS-related insurance claims
• Stopping acute water- and pipe damages at customers
• Working with potable water, heating, drainage and sanitation
• Reporting forward when a case requires multiple trades
