Sausage maker sought for night shift in Roskilde

On behalf of a food production company in Roskilde, we are seeking a skilled sausage maker for the night shift. Here you get a central role in a production where quality, craftsmanship and stable operation are in focus and where the goal is clear: to make Denmark's best sausages. We are looking for a trained sausage maker who thrives with night work and who can take responsibility when the pace is high.

As a sausage maker on the night shift you will be part of a small night team, where you primarily work with one fixed partner. This means that you as a sausage maker must be responsible, structured and reliable and able to keep an overview of both recipes, raw materials, hygiene and flow.

Your tasks

• Production on the night shift with focus on making sausages of high quality
• Work with recipes, binders and process control in daily sausage production
• Ensure proper handling of raw materials, hygiene and order in production
• At lower activity there may be other tasks, e.g.: production of burger patties and rolled pork (rullepølse)

Your profile

• You are a trained sausage maker and preferably have a couple of years' experience in the field.
• Alternatively you have a background as a butcher, where you have solid experience with binders and sausage production.
• You master Danish in speech and writing, as you must be able to read and understand recipes and instructions in Danish.

Our offer

• 3 months full-time temporary position with a view to permanent employment
• Working hours: 37 hours per week. Fixed night shifts 21:30–05:30, Sunday evening to Friday morning
• Salary: 176 DKK/hour + night allowance according to the collective agreement.
• Training: Takes place on day shift 05:00–13:00 every day of the week.
• Start: As soon as the right candidate is found
