The job

We offer an exciting and varied position that is characterized by anything but monotonous cutting work. You will have a job where you can work with a wide range of different tasks, marinades and products – including beef, chicken, pork and lamb. Your primary focus will be to ensure optimal production and quality on our production lines through correct machine and cutting settings.

At Hilton Foods Denmark we receive high-quality raw materials, which are refined and processed in production before they are sent to COOP's and Salling Groups' stores across the country. Our logistics and production are fully automated with the most advanced equipment in the industry, so you can focus on ensuring taste, quality and achieving production targets rather than physically hard work.

Your tasks and responsibilities will fall within the following areas

• Quality checks of raw materials
• Ensure correct settings on equipment
• Calculations of yield on raw materials (marinade)
• Ensure correct start and end batch
• Cutting tasks
• Unpacking of meat

We do not expect you to step straight into the job, but we guarantee you good and thorough training. We work with fresh foods, so the production temperature is 5 degrees. You must be able to work at that temperature, but we will provide warm clothing.

Working hours

We have longer shifts, but you work only 7 days out of 14. Your working hours will be from 05:30–17:00 or 05:00 – 16:30 with the following schedule:

• Week A you work Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday
• Week B you work Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
