Billigblomst Hillerød is looking for a dedicated pot-plant department assistant who is eager and willing to work with handling, replenishing and presenting our wide range of pots. In this position you can look forward to a versatile and active everyday life, where two days rarely are the same. Your primary tasks will be in our pot/plant department, where you help ensure that the department always presents well, is well stocked and inspiring for our customers. You must therefore enjoy physical work, have an eye for detail and be ready to get stuck in, so we together create a good experience for our customers.

We place emphasis on you being flexible, able to work independently and with plenty of drive. You thrive in a everyday life where the pace can be high at times, and where we help each other across the departments. Therefore you should also be prepared to lend a hand with other practical and ad-hoc tasks around the centre when there is a need for it.

Billigblomst has since our start in 2009 been on an impressive development and growth journey and is today one of Denmark’s fastest growing retail chains. In March 2026 we opened Billigblomst Randers in completely new and significantly larger premises, which was another important step in our continued development. most recently Billigblomst Sønderborg has undergone a comprehensive renovation and modernization, and today presents as a new and modern centre.

The next big step on our growth journey will be the opening of Billigblomst Grindsted – our 12th centre. But the growth journey does not stop here. We are purposefully working on more new locations around Denmark, so even more Danes in the future will have a Billigblomst centre close by.

In your daily life you can expect

• To help with our pots – including receiving and setting up pots.
• To work outdoors and have an active workday – where you must be able to roll up your sleeves!
• Tidying in the warehouse and in goods reception.
• Help with practical, relevant tasks in the centre – when there is less busy with pots.

This is a full-time position at 37 hours per week, where you become part of the daily operation.

Billigblomst is open every day of the year (except January 1st), which entails working on weekends and public holidays.
