PPR Lolland seeks psychologists for part-time or full-time positions.

Are you a psychologist, and are you passionate about the well-being of children and young people? Then you may be our new colleague in PPR Lolland!

PPR Lolland is seeking two psychologists with start on 1/1-2027. With us, you will become part of a psychology team with many years of experience, and who are at different stages in life – some with small children, others with many children, and some again who can smell retirement on the horizon. Common to us all is that we value a working life characterized by flexibility, self-determination, varied tasks, and a good working environment. And precisely that, you actually get in PPR Lolland. In addition, you can receive supervision, courses and continuing education.

The tasks resemble those from any other PPR in Denmark, which require your broad psychological knowledge, as well as the ability to convey and translate theory into practice. It is a maneuver that is complex and challenging, but which you never have to face alone. For here you can always ask a colleague for sparring or good advice.

And Lolland is a great place to live. Here there is peace and quiet. The houses are affordable, the towns are small. And there is not far to the nearest beach, lake or forest. Germany is a short ferry ride away from here, and Copenhagen is an hour and a half away.

What can we offer you?

• Permanent employment in a part-time or full-time position.
• Varied psychology tasks; e.g., counseling and guidance to professionals, families and leaders in schools and day care.
• Pedagogical–psychological assessment and evaluation of childrens support needs, as well as clarification of any other issues.
• Collaboration with psychiatry, Children and Youth Administration, and health visiting.
• Collaboration with competent pedagogical staff and teachers.
• The psychology group can also take on tasks within lighter treatment.
• Supervision of pedagogical staff and opportunity for interdisciplinary sparring.
• Practice education (formerly Autorisationsforløb). Opportunities for further education, e.g., possibility to become certified in Cool Kids and/or pursue a specialist education within pedagogical psychology.
• Opportunity for supervision.
• Good colleagues with a strong togetherness, where we help each other across in a good social community.
• A good and coherent working life with a high degree of influence, flexibility and self-organization in tasks, as well as the possibility of one home-based workday per week depending on tasks.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who thrives on not two days being the same and where you largely are responsible for planning your own workday. Someone who values interdisciplinary collaboration and who has drive. You may be newly graduated, perhaps you have a lot of experience, perhaps you have little experience – that is not the most important. The most important is that you find the psychological tasks in PPR exciting and challenging.

We expect that you are/have

• You are educated Cand. Psych. or Cand. Ped. Psych. (the program that was discontinued at the end of 2004).
• You are engaged in pedagogical psychology and want to work with advising and guidance of children, parents and staff in schools and day care.
• You can work and collaborate with other professional disciplines at all organizational levels.
• You have the ability to always keep focus on improving the childs inclusion in the current surroundings.
• An appreciative and empathetic approach to counseling and guidance that ensures constructive collaboration around the child going forward.
• You are accommodating and flexible, so you can adapt to your collaboration partners and adjust your approach to the task, so your contribution makes sense for the child as well as the adults around.
• A driving license is an advantage, as there will be a fair amount of travel to schools and day care.

Salary and employment terms

Employment takes place according to the applicable collective agreement and the principles of local pay formation.

The position is expected to be placed within a total salary range of approx. 35,468 – 42,587 DKK per month excluding pension. In addition there is a pension of 15% and a 6% flex allowance. A pensionable supplement of 34,900 kr. (00 level) is provided to authorized psychologists. This applies whether the psychologist is already authorized at the time of hire, or if authorization is obtained later. In addition, there will be the possibility of negotiating individual supplements based on relevant competencies and experience.

There will be a check of child and criminal records for the person offered the position.
