Internship - Digital Designer (Graphic / Web Design, Spring 2027)

At iPaper, we’re tired of seeing endless grids of products when shopping online. We believe there’s a better alternative. We believe that every business selling products should be able to give shoppers an experience that’s worth browsing.

That ambitious goal requires ambitious people. We also want to contribute to the craft and industry of digital design, so there will always be skilled designers around who care.

That’s why we are looking for talented designers who wish to hone their skills during internships in our marketing team in the spring semester of 2027.

YOU WON’T BE ALONE

We're hiring multiple interns on purpose. You'll have someone at your level to spar with, swap feedback with, and learn from, alongside the rest of the team.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your time is split between two areas with plenty of potential projects to focus on

Web design (Webflow, Figma)

• Design and build new pages, and have a say in how they're set up
• Keep the website visually consistent as it grows
• Improve how our CMS is structured so it's easier to work with

Graphic design (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Pitch)

• Create ads and visuals for our campaigns
• Build templates and design systems colleagues can use without breaking the brand
• Design how we present our product to potential customers, from slides to one-pagers

We have a heavy focus on graphic enablement: templates, reusable assets, and design libraries that let non-designers work fast without compromising the brand. We like building things properly, but we're pragmatic about it day to day.

YOU…

• Are passionate about digital design, whether that's web or graphic work
• Are curious and want to learn, understand, and grow
• Have strong visual judgment and opinions you can back up
• Think in systems and care about consistency
• Are ready for your work to play a visible role in a real company

Even though we are a Danish company based in Aarhus, Danish language skills are not a requirement to work here. Our work language is English.

WHAT WE OFFER

• A chance to learn from skilled colleagues and peers
• Ongoing focus on learning and development
• Opportunity to have impact you can see on a real company
• A modern and powerful workstation
• A spacious office in the heart of Aarhus with free parking
• A diverse workplace with 33 people from 11 nationalities
• A strong focus on culture, backed by a dedicated VP of People & Culture

ABOUT IPAPER

Founded in 2006, we're no startup. We've done our best to merge the agility of a startup with the luxuries of an established company. We don't like bureaucracy; we're friendly, we're inquisitive, and we're dedicated.

We care about our people and help each other succeed as a team. The office has a fun zone with pool, foosball, air hockey, and a PlayStation, plus a big terrace where we fire up the grill. And we like a good social event, whether it's a Friday bar, board game night, or a game of indoor football.
