Private Client Advisor for Landbrugscenter Himmerland and Business Aars

Therefore we are looking for a private advisor for our Agriculture Center Himmerland and Business Aars, who can build close relationships with customers and at the same time wants to apply their expertise for the benefit of the whole team. Your workplace will be in Aars.

With us you get a special opportunity to advise private customers behind the agricultural and business customers - while you are a professional sparring partner for the team’s agriculture and business customer managers when it comes to personal finances.

About the teams you will be part of

Overall we are twenty advisors with client portfolios consisting of large and medium-sized business and agricultural customers. The special thing about the role is that you report both to the Head of Commercial Jan Gudiksen and the Agriculture Director Birgit Jakobsen. Together you will find the right balance in the collaboration.

In the long term, the goal is to establish a cross-functional team consisting of three colleagues who support both Erhverv Aars and Landbrugscenter Himmerland. Here you can complement each other and brainstorm on tasks, including needs assessment of the private customer behind the business and agricultural customers. The team will also create good opportunities for professional sparring and knowledge sharing.

We work with the whole customer, both the company and the person behind it. We already have other specialists in the department who support advisers in their counseling, and with you as a private customer adviser we can ensure even more that we cover the customer comprehensively.

Both departments are solidly anchored in the local area, where we have a high market share and long-standing customer relationships. At the same time, there is good growth in both departments with a continuous influx of new customers.

About the job as a private customer advisor

As our new private customer advisor in Landbrugscenter Himmerland and Erhverv Aars you will become an important professional sparring partner for the advisers in both teams.

Your role becomes especially important when owners and their families need advice on their personal finances. You will have broad contact with both colleagues and customers, among other things through joint customer meetings.

In your advice, customers should feel your interest in their life and economy. Colleagues and customers will perceive you as a specialist in personal finances and expect professional advice that covers the customer’s entire economy.

To support you in creating good customer experiences, we have skilled customer service staff and business support. They can help you with a wide range of administrative tasks, so you have more time for your customer meetings.

To succeed in the role, it is important to know this

You do not need many years of experience as a private customer advisor to do well. The most important thing for us is that you can translate your experience into valuable advice for the customers.
