Process Operator for Operating a Setup Plant

Terminal worker / process operator to operate the bagging line

SDK Shipping is in positive development, which means we have a need for more skilled employees.

We are currently seeking two new colleagues to operate our bagging lines at the terminal in Fredericia.

The work consists of operating two bagging lines that bag wood pellets into bags.

The plants run in two-shift operation as well as weekends, but there are periods where 24/7 operation is required, so it is important that you are flexible and prepared to work on rotating schedules including day, evening, night and weekend shifts.

Would you like to work with port operations, and are you interested in a flexible everyday schedule? Then you are the one we are looking for with start as soon as possible.

You should have an interest in working within the transport and logistics sector, and enjoy a varied and flexible daily routine with tasks of different practical nature, just as you should be service-minded and have flair for both collaboration and individual effort.

Your competencies

It is a requirement that you have both a forklift certificate and a category B driving license. In addition, it would be a big advantage if you have experience within similar processes, but it is not a requirement, as we will ensure thorough training. We expect you to be able to express yourself verbally in both Danish and English.

In addition, we expect you to be proactive in your approach to tasks as well as responsible and approachable towards colleagues, customers and drivers.

What we can offer you

We offer a position with a high degree of flexibility and with good colleagues and a strong team spirit. You will experience a high degree of independence and your own influence in the job.

The workplace address is SDK Shipping A/S, Oceankajen 12, 7000 Fredericia.

Application and contact

We are seeking people for imminent employment and will therefore conduct interviews on an ongoing basis.

Remember that the above are ideal requirements for a candidate – but we support inclusion and diversity, which is why we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet all requirements. We invite all qualified applicants to apply regardless of age, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, country of origin or ethnicity.
