About the job

Are you interested in and experienced with carrying out EU tenders? In the Development and Simplification Agency (UFST) there are approximately 1,600 employees. UFST is one of the seven agencies in the Tax Administration, and it is UFST’s vision to support our colleagues in the Tax Administration in a partnership on operation and further development of a large IT portfolio, development of new IT solutions ranging from smaller projects to a number of large programs in the billions, as well as the forthcoming modernization of one of Denmark’s largest portfolios of legacy systems.

About us

The Procurement Office consists of procurement lawyers, project managers, technical procurement consultants and test managers, and we serve the entire Tax Administration with legal advice and execution of IT procurements. We handle the entire procurement process for the purchase of IT solutions and related services, where either a tender for existing systems or new development is necessary. It includes the initial dialogue and advice regarding the choice of procurement form, preparation of the tender materials and the execution of the subsequent procurement process up to and including contract signing.

We are all very engaged in the task solving and always focus on good collaboration, professional sparring and competent guidance.

  • Assist the business with planning and conducting market research
  • Preparation of contract and tender materials

  • Ongoing professionalization and development of the procurement area.

About you

You are educated cand.jur. or cand.merc.(jur.) and have probably experience with carrying out EU procurements, where you have independently driven IT procurement processes from start to finish. You thus have a good knowledge of procurement law.

To succeed in the position it is important that you can show commitment, professionalism, integrity, and that you are able to build good collaborative relations in the office and across the agency.
