Production Operator for Day Shift

Are you passionate about ensuring high quality on a production line? Then you might be the operator we need for our day shift

At McBride we produce quality cleaning products for households and businesses for all of Europe. Do you want to become the next McBridian? We are looking for an operator for our day shift at our factory in Hammel.

You optimize the production line together with your team

In the role, your primary tasks will be to adjust, operate, and monitor your production line in collaboration with your team. In addition, your duties will include, among other things:

• Source goods for production
• Order raw materials
• Conduct quality checks
• Cleaning of the production line.

There will also be some ad hoc tasks. It is important that you are ready to jump in and help your colleagues with practical tasks and projects in production.

Your background is not the most important factor for success in the job

It is an advantage if you have experience from a similar job as an industrial operator, process operator, or similar. This is however not decisive, as we provide you with full training in the tasks. Most important is your interest in the tasks and your willingness to get to know them.

To succeed in the position, we would like you to have

• A passion for ensuring that our goods are always of the best quality
• Knowledge that safety is a shared responsibility, where we look after ourselves and each other
• Being a good colleague who helps where needed

We work together to ensure that our production line runs as smoothly as possible. This includes reducing waste, ensuring high quality, and keeping safety at the top.

If you have questions about the position, you are welcome to contact Team Leader, Rikke Andersen, at phone +45 23635402 on weekdays between 08:00 and 12:00. You will be assigned to our day shift, which works Monday-Thursday from 06:00 to 14:00 and Friday from 06:00 to 13:25.
