Production technician – be the one to get production to run smoothly

Do you love creating an overview, bringing structure to a busy everyday life, and being the one project managers cannot do without? Then you may be our new PTA employee for the production team at Tuco Marine Group in Faaborg.

We build advanced ProZero workboats for the offshore, defence, and workboat segments – and are looking for a structured and responsible colleague who can ensure planning, overview and progress, so production never stops.

Your main tasks

• Support project management and production with planning and coordination – and keep on top of things when others do not have time
• Prepare and maintain documentation, BOMs and project plans
• Work closely with warehousing and procurement on ordering and follow-up on materials
• Coordinate and communicate between production, project management and suppliers, so everyone is on the same page
• Closely monitor timelines and deliveries so nothing delays production
• Be a solid administrative support in the daily production work

We imagine that you

• Have a relevant administrative or technical background – e.g., production technologist, office assistant with experience from a technical environment, or similar
• Are sharp at planning and follow-up – and keep track of many balls without losing the overview
• Are structured and thrive with coordination and collaboration across functions
• Are used to working with IT systems and document control
• Have a good understanding of production and material flow – preferably from a technical company
• Are service-minded, communicate clearly and ensure progress, without anyone having to be pushed twice
