Production Assistant – the link between production and finance

Do you have a background as a production technologist, and are you motivated by combining your understanding of production with numbers, economics and structure?

We are looking for a Production Assistant who will have a central role between our production and finance function. You will come close to daily operations and will, among other things, be responsible for payroll and time registration for our hourly paid employees as well as follow-up on materials, changes to our rental modules and production-related costs.

In short, you should be able to understand what happens in a production – and what it means for the finances.

Your primary tasks

You will have a broad and varied daily life with close contact to production and project managers as well as finance.

The tasks related to payroll and employee administration include our hourly paid employees in production .

Your tasks will include

• Control and approval of hours and wage base in SmartTid
• Payroll processing in DataLøn as well as employee setup and employment contracts
• Administration of SmartTid, including creation of employees
• Calculation and estimation of changes to our rental modules, including materials, hours and updating of prices
• Follow-up on subcontractors on larger projects, including whether invoices have been received in relation to the stated and completed work
• Creation of modules for rental in Business Central
• Coordination and execution of stock counting
• Creation and follow-up on service agreements in ACC Forma as well as coordination of service on existing agreements
• Administration of workwear as well as follow-up on service and inspection of cars

Who are you?

We imagine that you are educated as a production technologist and would like to use your technical and production understanding in a role where finance, financial follow-up and administration are a natural part of the everyday life.

You have a flair for numbers and calculations, work in a structured way and have a sense when something does not add up. You are curious, take responsibility and follow your tasks through.

At the same time you thrive with a broad contact surface and can communicate naturally with employees at all levels of the organization.

You have good IT skills and are familiar with Microsoft 365. We also work in Business Central, SmartTid and DataLøn. Knowledge of these systems is an advantage, but not a requirement – we will provide the necessary training.

Experience from production, construction or modular construction will be an advantage.
