Production Worker | IBF Ikast

Be part of our night shift at the new roof tile factory in Ikast!

We are busy and are looking for an engaged production worker for our night shift , who wants to be involved in the whole process from start to finished product. Here you get the opportunity to work with modern machines, skilled colleagues and become an important part of the production of our quality roof tiles.

Your daily life with us

As a production worker you will spend your daily time in the production hall, where you

• Operate the machines that produce roof tiles
• Prepare the production, e.g. ready the paint box and mix
• Keep machines and work areas clean and in order
• Assist with changing/adjusting the production equipment
• Participate in other exciting ad hoc tasks
• You don’t need to be able to repair machines yourself—we have blacksmiths and electricians for that—but it is an advantage if you have a flair for technology and mechanics and can help when needed. We provide thorough on-the-job training so you get off to a good start.

About you

We highly value your personal qualities – education is not decisive. We prefer that you

• Are reliable and willing to learn new things
• Are open, honest and cooperative
• Keep calm and maintain an overview, even when the pace is high
• Can work both independently and in small teams
• Have a flair for mechanics and technology
• Can speak Danish
• If you are quality-conscious, careful and responsible – and curious to learn about machines and production – you will thrive with us.

It is an advantage, but not a requirement, that you have a forklift certificate.

We offer

• Full-time job on the night shift, starting Sunday evening at 20:30-06:00
• Good working conditions in a dynamic team
• Competitive pension and health scheme
• Active employee association and social activities
• Free access to padel courts and fitness center at the factory

As our industry is seasonal, there may be overtime at times.

Are you ready to start?

If you have questions about the position, you are welcome to contact chairman Lasse Kristensen at tel. +45 25 57 50 01.

Send your application via the form on this page – we look forward to hearing from you and welcoming you to the team!
