For our client, Swedish Match in Silkeborg, we are looking for 2 meticulous and punctual temp workers for a short but intensive temporary position in weeks 43, 44 and 45, with the possibility of extension. Your primary task will be to ensure that the quality is top-notch when the cans with nicotine pouches are prepared for the market.

There are day shifts with a start time of 06:30.

swedish match

Swedish Match Denmark A/S produces and sells smoke-free products, including nicotine pouches, chewing tobacco and nicotine-free products. At their factory in Silkeborg, about 230 dedicated employees work in production, supply chain and administration.

They are proud of their strong culture, focus on quality and continued growth – and they have also received the Børsen Gazelle Prize five times.

about the job

The tasks revolve around the legally required tax stamps on the cans. The client requires 100% control of tax stamps, which means you will play a key role in ensuring that no products leave the factory with errors.

• Visual quality control: Ensure that the tax stamps are 100% correctly placed on each can
• Sorting out defective goods
• Other practical tasks related to handling the cans, including repackaging and registration

The work requires full focus, as it is a visual and routine task where attention to detail is crucial.

practical aspects and clothing

Since you work in a modern production environment, there are fixed guidelines to follow

• It is not allowed to wear jewelry (rings, earrings, watches, necklaces, etc.) in production
• You do not need to think about work clothes; Swedish Match provides all required work clothes and safety shoes on site.

your profile

We imagine that you have a “hawk-eye” and a pronounced sense of quality. In addition, we expect that you:

• Thrive very well with monotonous, repetitive work and are able to maintain concentration throughout a full shift
• Are extremely punctual and reliable, as the production depends on you
• You speak and can read Danish
• You have a natural understanding and respect for rules and hygiene

salary and employment

We offer an attractive base salary of 187.07 DKK per hour. In addition, there is of course a flexible benefits account and pension.
