As we aim to expand our small residential facility at Adelgade 2b from 5 to 10 places, we are seeking a professional coordinator who can help ensure stability and professionalism before, during, and after the process.

Adelgade 2b has for the last +25 years been run as a small, homely residential facility, centrally located in Skanderborg, with space for 5 people who live with severe eating disorders, personality disorders, schizophrenia and self-harm. As part of future-proofing the offering, we have decided to expand with an additional 5 places. You can read more about the department here.

The offering is a department in Stoa Gruppen, which also includes Botilbuddet Stainagaard, an Outreach Team with a number of residents receiving housing support, as well as activity and social opportunities. You can read more about the organization here .

Your role as Professional Coordinator

As the professional coordinator, you will be a key person in the further development of Adelgade 2b. Together with the department head, staff and residents, you will help ensure that the expansion of the offering is carried out with a basis in high professional quality, clear structure and a continued homely environment.

The position combines professional leadership, coordination and practical sparring. You will be an important driver in implementing professional methods and approaches, while also supporting daily operations and contributing to ensuring a coherent effort around each resident.

You will also work closely with the other professional coordinators in Stoa Gruppen, where knowledge sharing, joint development and cross-organizational collaboration are natural parts of the task.

In the start-up phase, until a full expansion, you will also be part of the on-call team for up to about 50% of your employment.

Your primary areas of responsibility

You will have a central role with responsibility for creating overview, coordination and coherence around both the professional effort and the daily tasks. Your tasks will include, among others, to:

• Coordinate and support the daily operations and structure in the offering.
• Ensure an overview of residents' development plans, and support follow-up on goals and actions.
• Coordinate work with status descriptions, SOL, SUM and status meetings.
• Contribute to quality assurance of social- and health-related documentation.
• Act as the lead for professional development initiatives, implementation of new measures, as well as follow-up and evaluation.
• Support work with guidelines, procedures and professional standards.
• Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings, and collaboration with relevant partners.
• Co-share responsibility for planning and carrying out inward and outward moves of residents.
• Contribute to planning and facilitating staff meetings and internal training days.
• Play a central role in implementing professional development programs and maintaining established methods and approaches.
• Provide professional sparring to staff regarding pedagogical approaches, treatment efforts and practice-oriented challenges.
• Support management, staff and residents in connection with inspections and other authorities' tasks.
• Promote knowledge sharing and coherence across Stoa Gruppen and among internal and external partners.
• Take part in the on-call duty.

Salary and terms of employment

The position is 37 hours.

Remuneration is in accordance with the SL collective agreement.

In the start of the employment you will be part of the pedagogical on-call schedule for half of the time; as we expand, the need will change so that you only handle coordinator tasks.

Primary workplace: Adelgade 2b, 8660 Skanderborg (and eventually at a new address in connection with the expansion).

When employed, references, a criminal record check, and a copy of your driving license will be requested.
