About the job

Are you keen to drive a constructive and trusting collaboration between management and employee representatives in a time of change in Denmark's largest agency? Do you combine tax technical insight, political savvy and a deep understanding of the organization? And can you translate your expertise into clear notes, briefing papers and meeting materials? Then we have a meaningful job for you, where you get professional challenges, independence in task execution and a strong collegial culture.

HR in the Tax Administration (Skattestyrelsen) is seeking 1-2 colleagues with experience in driving constructive collaboration between management and employee representatives and supporting the collaboration organization within the agency. The Tax Administration is facing major changes resulting from the use of new technology and AI, work with simplification of rules and task allocation, legal protection and changed frameworks.

It is crucial that the changes take place in dialogue with employees and their representatives in a way that ensures an ongoing effective and attractive work culture with a focus on well-being, legal compliance and openness about mistakes. You will thus support that the Tax Administration's task solution and continued development remains a shared project for management, employees and their representatives.

We attach great importance to your strong collaboration skills and ability to create solutions that support and create value for citizens, the organization and the employees. In addition, you should be good at building relationships and able to act as a sparring partner for the board, stakeholders, managers, employee representatives and employees.

Your responsibilities

You will become part of a strong professional environment around the interaction with the employee representatives, which among other things has the responsibility for the following:

  • Operations of the Tax Administration's cooperation and working environment organization
  • Support of the Tax Administration's constructive contribution to the interaction between management and employee representatives in the Tax Administration, including preparation of meetings in HSU Tax Administration and HAMU.
  • Execution of concrete requests from the management, the ministry and other agencies in the form of notes, presentations, talking notes, etc.
  • Sparring partner for the agency director and head of staff on the interaction between management and employee representatives.
  • Support development and retention of competencies in the short and long term, including specific tax-related competencies.
  • Contribute to ensuring that the Tax Administration's ambition to be one of Denmark's very best workplaces is realized in close collaboration with the employee representatives.
  • Development, operation and follow-up on the Tax Administration's ongoing well-being measurements, including alignment with group-wide measurements.

You will become part of the HR Office, which is organizationally anchored in the Tax Administration's Stab (Executive Staff) department. The HR Office consists of 16 employees including the office head, supporting the Tax Administration's strategic development and retention of the high level of professional expertise and ensuring a consistent link between values, decisions, initiatives and implementation in the HR area. The HR Office is part of the Stab in the Tax Administration, which also includes a Directorate Secretariat, Office for Press, Culture and Communication, and Office for Security and Organization.

About you

You have a relevant advanced or tax-related education and relevant experience with the interaction between management and employee representatives, preferably including management-, TR and/or AMR-experience. It is an advantage if you have knowledge of the rules and frameworks for cooperation organizations in the central administration, just as it is an advantage if you are familiar with the Tax and Growth Ministry's group and tasks.

In addition you should have drive and initiative and good collaboration skills - internally as well as externally. You are used to navigating a crossroad with pressure from several sides, and you thrive with the conditions and decision-making processes in a politically governed organization. You have a high drive and work in a structured way with strategic and business understanding.

You can communicate effectively across the Tax Administration and in projects with many participants and stakeholders, where you actively reach out to colleagues and other relevant partners to ensure the best possible results for the Tax Administration and the entire group in a way that supports a constructive and trustful collaboration with stakeholders.

Your new workplace

With us you become part of an informal working environment where there are both high ambitions and a strong common focus on well-being and job satisfaction. The everyday life is characterized by freedom with responsibility and a work culture where collaboration and professional sparring are highly prioritized both in the office and across the Stab.
