Project Manager

To manage high-end interior projects from start-up to commissioning handover

In the position you will be responsible for progress, quality and alignment between the client's wishes and Form3's creative solutions. With an overview and structure you ensure that all involved – both internal and external – work together and deliver the best result.

As a project manager you typically have several parallel projects in different phases, contract types and complexity, where you have the overall responsibility for:

• Financial management
• Technical dialogue
• Stakeholder Management
• Allocation of the right professional resources
• Progress and deadline adherence in the projects
• Risk management
• Documentation

On each project you work closely with a team of colleagues, which includes project coordinators, architects and building engineers. Your role is crucial to bind the technical and the creative together and ensure the ongoing dialogue and expectation alignment with the client regarding unforeseen factors.

Your everyday life takes place at Form3’s office in Kolding with travel days to the ongoing projects in the Nordic region. Therefore you should expect 10-20 annual travel days.

Responsible project manager with great overview

You may be the right profile for the position if you have at least 3-5 years of project management experience with similar projects of a certain complexity. You probably have a craft background complemented by an education as a building constructor.

As a person you are responsible and ensure that your projects are completed from start to finish. You are structured and have a good overview, which makes you able to handle deadlines, agreements and ensure there are no loose ends. You are goal-oriented and skilled at defining clear objectives and creating progress. Your pragmatic approach means you can find practical solutions to the challenges that may arise along the way. You also bring a positive energy to the workplace, and as a partner you are willing to work closely with your colleagues to achieve the best results together.
