Project Manager for coordinating relocation tasks in municipal buildings

Become our new colleague responsible for moves in and out of Vordingborg Municipality's properties

Are you the engaged and structured person who thrives on handling the practical and coordinating tasks in relocation projects? We are looking for a motivated and experienced colleague who can plan and manage larger relocation tasks when vacating the municipality's properties, during occupancy and during renovations as well as conversions. You will also be responsible for inventory management and logistics for direct reuse. Truck certificate is highly desirable

Your communication is clear and approachable, and you have a natural ability to understand both colleagues' and users' wishes and needs. You should have extensive experience as a project manager

Your area of work and everyday life

As a project manager with us, you will handle the practical coordination of relocation tasks related to municipal buildings. This includes, among other things, creating timelines, managing the logistics, and ensuring that all involved parties are informed and coordinated.

Your relocation tasks will occur both when we move from and to new locations and during periods of renovations and conversions. You will have a close collaboration with users and the other departments as well as external suppliers.

Salary and terms of employment follow the applicable collective agreement.
