Project Manager for civil works – help develop Denmark's critical infrastructure

Do you want to lead construction projects where project management, strong collaboration and engineering go hand in hand? At Evida we are looking for a project manager who can create momentum, ensure quality and bring together the many stakeholders who are involved in realizing our projects.

Your role – you create momentum and bring projects safely to completion

At Evida we work with construction projects that support the operation and development of Denmark's gas infrastructure. The projects require structured project management and the ability to navigate between different disciplines and stakeholders, in a daily routine where safety is central.

You will have an autonomous role with responsibility for planning, coordinating and executing projects, where you act as the link between internal specialists, clients, contractors and other partners.

Your main tasks will be

• Drive construction projects from start to finish and ensure that economy, timelines, contractual obligations and quality requirements are complied with.
• Ensure progress and high quality through ongoing follow-up on the project's deliveries, risks and safety.
• Lead and coordinate project teams consisting of internal specialists in areas including planning, design and supervision.
• Create strong collaborative relationships through close dialogue with clients, contractors, customers and other stakeholders.
• Plan and facilitate construction and client meetings, where you ensure clear agreements, expectation alignment and progress.
• Contribute to the development of our project organization by improving processes, workflows and collaboration across departments.
• You will thus have a role where you must be able to keep track of the details and maintain an overall overview – even when projects change direction and decisions have to be made along the way.

Your profile – technical understanding and strong project management skills

Professionally there are many paths into the role, but we expect around 3-5 years of experience with project management, preferably from construction, utilities or infrastructure projects.

You have a solid foundation within project management disciplines and are used to working with planning, financial control, risk management and coordination of different disciplines. If you have supplemented your experience with a project management education or certification, we see that as an advantage.

As a person you are structured and action-oriented, and you can create an overview in projects. You thrive with responsibility and have the courage to make decisions, even when unforeseen challenges arise.

At the same time you know that good project management is about people. You are a good listener, clear in your communication and good at creating trust and motivation around you. You can handle different interests and disagreements constructively and manage to bring the project's participants together around common goals.

Workplace: Your primary workplace will be at our headquarters in Viborg, but you should also expect visits to our other locations in Middelfart and Stenlille as well as visits to construction sites and facilities in connection with the projects.
