In our B2B department we work with planning and construction of row houses for professional clients such as investors, pension funds, housing associations and landlords. The department is continually developing, and we are experiencing increasing demand for our solutions. Therefore we are now seeking an experienced housing designer/structural designer for our office in Virum.

Your role

As a designer you will be responsible for the planning of row house projects in 1, 1.5 and 2 floors.

You will follow the projects throughout the entire design process and ensure that the solutions are well thought out, buildable and meet applicable requirements. At the same time, you will become an important sparring partner for sales, production and site management.

Your main tasks

• Planning and detailed design of row house projects in Revit.
• Preparation of drawing materials and technical documentation.
• Authority handling and dialogue with municipalities and other authorities.
• Ensuring compliance with building regulations and relevant requirements.
• Handover of projects to surveying and production.
• Ongoing sparring with site management and craftsmen during execution.
• Collaboration with internal and external partners throughout the entire project process.

You are professionally strong and comfortable with responsibility. You are motivated by creating good technical solutions and want to be an active part of a well-functioning team where collaboration and quality go hand in hand.

We imagine that you

• Are educated as a building designer, engineer or similar.
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience with design.
• Have experience with row houses, housing construction or similar projects.
• Have good knowledge of authority processes and building regulations.
• Are an experienced user of Revit.
• Work in a structured and solution-oriented way.
• Thrive in collaboration with colleagues, authorities and contractors
