Masanti A/S is seeking a new employee for our office in Qaqortoq.

Here is an exciting opportunity to become part of a small well-functioning office in Qaqortoq! We are looking for a new colleague who will help shape the construction of the future in Greenland. We work broadly with construction – from the first sketch to the finished building and the facility.

Your primary tasks

You will become part of the office in Qaqortoq and solve tasks together with your colleagues at the office.

The tasks at Masanti are varied; one day you may stand on the construction site as a supervisor (fagtilsyn) and the next you will be working on a design task. You will be part of the design team on larger and smaller projects. You will also help shape which tasks land on your desk and have the opportunity to be challenged in all parts of the construction process.

At Masanti A/S you will work with colleagues from Ilulissat in the north to Qaqortoq in the south. We are 35 employees and our competencies span a wide range. You will therefore have the opportunity to develop your own professional competencies in collaboration with skilled colleagues.

In the Qaqortoq department you will have two colleagues you will work closely with. The small community means you have a great opportunity to influence the workplace and help develop the office's future.

Responsibility, professionalism and collaboration

We at Masanti place great importance on professionalism and it is therefore important that you are passionate about construction and have experience with building processes. We collaborate with many different actors and it is therefore essential that you are outgoing and trust-building in contact with clients, authorities and contractors.

Furthermore we envision that you are

• Qualified architect, civil engineer or building designer
• User of Revit and/or AutoCAD 2D
• Responsible and good at creating an overview
• Well-spoken both in writing and verbally

We value that you are a good colleague who easily collaborates internally and externally.

The position is full-time corresponding to 40 hours per week and a staff housing is provided.
