Project Manager for Banedanmark contracts

So you could be the construction manager we are seeking for our Fredericia department.

Your role

As a project manager with us you will have responsibility for contracts and construction activities for Banedanmark in Southern Jutland & Funen . You will be part of a team that handles various agreements with Banedanmark, including access routes and fencing.

You will have contract responsibility and the daily dialogue with the client. At the same time you will be the link between operations, the organization and the client, where you ensure overview, progress and good collaboration.

Your tasks

• Contract management, as well as planning and coordination of construction and operations tasks
• Preparation of estimates and offers for framework agreements in sparring with, among others, foremen
• Initiation and follow-up on tasks
• Self-check and quality assurance
• Employee responsibility and daily leadership of performing employees
• Financial responsibility and management of resources and progress
• Ensuring quality, environment and safety
• Planning of railway-safety-related services, together with our skilled railway-safety managers.
• Care and development of the customer relationship with Banedanmark

Who are you?

We are seeking a self-driven and relationship-building profile with experience from the construction industry – ideally with the rail sector.

It is important that you

• Have experience from a similar role as construction manager, project manager or equivalent
• Have experience with client and contract management, preferably with Banedanmark
• Have a flair for people and can build trust and motivation
• Thrive with responsibility and independent decision-making
• Have financial understanding and focus on quality and safety

It is an advantage if you have knowledge of railway safety and the course ”Pas på, på banen” – otherwise we will help you acquire it.
