Provide safety through the night – respiratory assistant sought for a man with ALS in Kongens Lyngby

Are you the responsible and calm helper who can stay awake at night?

Then perhaps you are the one we are looking for for the 15 hours per week for our respiratory citizen. Here you will be responsible for monitoring and handling the citizen's non-invasive respiratory treatment (mask treatment).

There are no nursing or care tasks in the position. Your main task is to create security, safety and stability through the night.

The citizen lives in a nursing home and maintains a close family life with his wife. Therefore it is important that you are respectful, professional and enjoy working closely with people and their everyday life.

About the position

• 5 waking night shifts of 12 hours each distributed on a fixed 4-week rotation
• Average 15 hours per week
• Shift time: 20.00-08.00
• Workplace: Kongens Lyngby
• There are no personal care tasks

• Have experience with working with people
• Are responsible, stable and independent
• Maintain calm and overview in all situations
• Thrive in an observational role with great responsibility
• Are flexible in case of illness and holidays, as the team is self-covering

Experience with respiratory treatment?

It is not a requirement. The most important thing is that you want to learn and take responsibility for your work.

You will receive a thorough training program of about 6 shifts and subsequently certification in RCØ before you perform independent shifts.
