Your everyday life and professional opportunities

The 24-hour Ward 1 is an intensive unit with space for 16 inpatients, of which 2 are acute beds.

You will become a contact person and co-responsible for selected patient pathways, where you are responsible for care and the treatment trajectory. You contribute with your professional perspective and participate in treatment discussions, conversations with relatives, and network meetings

In addition, your focus will be to use the ward’s milieu as a means for learning and training social skills in connection with e.g. exposure, relationship-building and activities – including collaboration with the patient to map their interests, resources and possibilities to engage in activities at various levels both inside and outside the ward.

We are a ward that places a strong emphasis on activities, and in that context you will have ample opportunity to bring your own interests into play.

The majority of the patients are young men, therefore the ward also has a particular focus on sport.

We live in good surroundings, where patients express that the physical framework is good with, among other things, private rooms, activity rooms and the department’s own sports hall.

Salary and terms of employment

Start by agreement.

You will be employed under the collective agreement for social and health care personnel. You are under employment covered by the current working hours agreement entered into between Regions’ Payroll and Tariff Board and FOA.

The 24-hour ward is staffed around the clock, and you will therefore be scheduled with mixed shifts in accordance with the rules of the applicable working hours agreement
