Psychologists for PPR in Tårnby Municipality

We have the opportunity to hire and are therefore seeking two psychologists 37 hours/week from January 1, 2027 for our PPR. We are also looking for a psychologist for a maternity leave cover from January 1, 2027 and the rest of the year.

As a psychologist in PPR you will be attached to a school and after-school district, where, together with your cross-professional colleagues in the district, you help support Tårnby Municipality's work with the strategy Strong Child Communities.

Your tasks in PPR will include consultative guidance to parents and professionals, participation in cross-disciplinary networking, qualification of pedagogical and didactic action plans, open advisory, supervision, preparation of pedagogical-psychological assessments, and collaboration with child and adolescent psychiatry. The tasks are carried out in close professional and cross-disciplinary collaboration with good opportunities for sparring and supervision.

The Center for Children and Family in Tårnby is organized into seven district teams, which include a social worker, speech therapist, consultant, psychologist, family therapist, health visitor, pedagogical supervisor from day care, and educational counselor. The cross-disciplinary district teams work closely to create holistic solutions and meet weekly to discuss and coordinate the work. We believe this creates a child- and youth-focused area with coherence and the possibility of early and preventive cross-disciplinary efforts.

As a psychologist you are anchored in PPR. In PPR we are 14 psychologists, 6 speech therapists, 7 consultants, a coordinator for visitation, and a PPR-leader with a psychology background. You will thus also become part of a strong professional community in the psychology team and in the entire PPR. In the psychology team we emphasize high professionalism, integrity, helpfulness, and professional fellowship.

In PPR we are focused on developing and qualifying our cross-disciplinary and consultative practice, and we hope you want to contribute to this. In the years 2026-2029 we will implement the specialization module in educational psychology, and of course you will also participate.

In PPR we have implemented the Easily Accessible Offer (LTT) under psychology leadership; including the individual STIME offers, NFPP, as well as Parent Pilots and Take Control of Anxiety . We share treatment tasks as much as possible and we place emphasis on both experience and safety in the PPR task as well as professional interest when we prioritize training positions and tasks.

We expect that you

• Are a trained psychologist
• Have an interest in students with developmental and/or learning challenges
• Have knowledge of and interest in educational psychology and developmental psychology
• Have an interest in and preferably experience with pedagogical and/or didactic work
• Want to work consultatively with the adults around the child
• Want to engage in the cross-disciplinary task solving in the district team
• Are structured and meticulous in your task execution
• Thrive with independent task solving, including planning and coordinating your own time
• Are positive in your dealings with other people

Salary and employment terms There are two permanent positions at 37 hours per week starting January 1, 2027, and a maternity leave cover of 32-37 hours per week for the entire 2027

Hiring is in accordance with the applicable collective agreement after negotiation. In addition, a criminal record check and a child protection register check must be presented upon hire. The employment will be conditional on these being satisfactory.
