QA Coordinator - Palsgaard

You will become an important part of the quality team and take a central role in the daily support of production. The position is ideal for you who thrives on being visible in operations, solving problems together with colleagues, and translating quality requirements into concrete actions.

About the job

As Site QA Coordinator you are the quality function's daily sparring partner for production. You help handle quality-related questions and deviations and contribute to the production maintaining high quality and food safety.

You work closely with production, planning and quality and help ensure that quality problems are addressed, and that agreed actions are followed through. At the same time you contribute to strengthening the quality culture and improving processes and workflows across the site.

Your primary areas of responsibility

• Provide daily quality support to production and contribute to rapid and effective handling of quality-related questions and deviations.
• Participate in the production's daily board meeting and, together with the process specialist and team leader, follow up on First Time Right at daily and weekly levels.
• Ensure correct documentation and recording of quality-related activities.
• Contribute to problem solving and implementation of corrective actions.
• Conduct hygiene audits and sampling in accordance with established plans and follow up on results.
• Participate in internal audits and quality reviews and support compliance with applicable quality requirements, procedures and standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvements and strengthen collaboration on quality across production.

Who are you?

You have a relevant education within quality, food, process technology, the laboratory field or similar. Perhaps you are a recently educated process technologist, dairy technician or laboratory technician, or you already have experience from a manufacturing company – preferably within the food, ingredient or process industry.

You thrive on working closely with production and building good relationships with colleagues across functions. With your communicative approach you can make quality requirements understandable and usable in everyday life, and you are motivated by finding solutions through dialogue, sparring and knowledge sharing.

You are solution-oriented and maintain an overview, even when daily life is changeable. You take responsibility for your tasks, work structurally and have an eye for detail without losing the whole. At the same time you follow up on agreements and ensure that decisions are translated into action. The job also requires that you master Danish in both written and spoken form.
