Quality Technician

GRAS is an international company and a part of the Axiometrix Solutions group with production sites in Germany, the USA and Denmark. All our development and production of GRAS products takes place at the address in Holte.

To deliver quality products to our growing number of customers is extremely essential for us and therefore we are now looking for a Quality Technician who will join our QA team. In the role you will be responsible for ensuring that we follow our processes and procedures in our quality system Grand Avenue Software (GAS).

Our organisation is very informal and we place emphasis on flexibility and a high degree of freedom with responsibility.

The Job

As a Quality Technician you will help ensure that quality is always at the top and meets our GRAS standards. We are ISO 9001:2015 & 17025:2017 certified. The Quality Technician's responsibility is to ensure that the quality of materials from suppliers to production is maintained. Last but not least, you will lead our quality system in production as well as other ongoing improvement projects. Although the QA department's main focus is GRAS, we support the entire Axiometrix. You will report to our Axiometrix QA Manager, who is based in Holte.

Your tasks

• Daily handling and processing of Non-Conforming Materials (NCM)
• Facilitate and drive quality improvement activities and projects in the company, e.g. in connection with CAPAs (Corrective Action and Preventive Action) and ensure their embedding
• Investigation of solutions related to customer complaints
• Conduct internal audits in the organization, and in due course in Axiometrix Solutions
• Training in selected quality processes and the use of GAS for the organization
• Support of other quality processes during peak loads and holidays

You as a person

We imagine you have an education in electronics or mechanics as well as practical experience in Quality Assurance. If you have experience with the Grand Avenue system or another quality system, and knowledge of LEAN or similar, this will be considered an advantage. Additionally, experience in driving small projects would also be considered an advantage. You work fluently in the Office suite and are proficient in Danish and English, written and spoken.

As a person you are good at collaborating across the organisation and can communicate at all levels. You have empathy and pedagogical skills, but at the same time you have presence and are persistent and can get your message across. You work in a structured way and are able to document and complete the things you initiate.
