QHSE Manager - set the direction for quality, safety and the environment at ENABL

As QHSE Manager at ENABL you get a central role in strengthening the culture around QHSE and making it clear how quality systems, processes and common ways of working create value for employees, projects, customers and products. You set direction and help the organization translate requirements and ambitions into good, practical solutions.

About the role

You report to the CEO and will be responsible for developing and anchoring QHSE across ENABL. This means you work both strategically with our management system and very closely with daily operations, the projects and the employees — and that you actively participate in the execution tasks when processes, audits, follow-up and improvements need to be driven to completion.

You will become a visible sparring partner for managers and colleagues and help create a culture where processes, standards and documentation are experienced as support in everyday life – not an end in itself – and where everyone gains a clear understanding of why they are important.

Your key tasks

• Keep our quality and management system updated and user-friendly in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• Drive management review and follow up on policies, goals, action plans and QHSE results.
• Plan and conduct internal and external audits and ensure follow-up on deviations, CAPA and improvement actions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, ISO standards and customer requirements.
• Support projects in HSE matters, including workplace risk assessments, prevention of occupational incidents and follow-up on incidents.
• Train and guide managers and employees so that QHSE becomes understandable, relevant and value-adding in daily practice.
• Work with a focus on culture change and anchoring, so the quality system and shared processes become natural tools for learning, collaboration and continual improvements.
• Collaborate with the Business Excellence team and the organization’s process owners to implement and anchor improvements.

Your profile

You have a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent background and more than 10 years of experience in a similar role – alternatively as a manager or project manager in a technical organization. You have solid experience with QHSE leadership, preferably from a project or manufacturing company, and in-depth knowledge of ISO standards and relevant legislation.
