A place where we are curious about seasonal ingredients, dare to challenge the familiar and at the same time preserve traditions, presence and the warmth that brings people together around a meal.

About the job

Hotel Strandparken is Holbæk's preferred conference house with a restaurant, celebrations and events year-round. It provides a varied everyday life with both restaurant service, meeting and conference catering, as well as large and small gatherings.

You will become part of a team that works closely together on

• Daily production and service
• Development of menus and new ideas
• Seasonal ingredients, local suppliers and less food waste
• Training and development of our chef apprentices

We constantly want to develop, and therefore there is plenty of room to contribute ideas and take joint responsibility for the kitchen's development.
