Do you have experience as a gardener and do you love when everyday life is varied and dynamic? Then the position as gardener in our garden center Billigblomst Fredericia ApS could be just right for you!

There is currently a unique opportunity at Billigblomst, as we are looking for an engaged and dedicated gardener to start in Fredericia in 2027. Our skilled gardener in Fredericia will retire at the end of 2026, and therefore we are looking for someone who can take over for our colleague. We are looking for you, who is a qualified gardener and ready to take responsibility for our garden center in Fredericia. You will play a central role in daily operations, where your main task is to ensure a presentable and inspiring department with well-maintained plants.

You will also have the opportunity to put your own mark on the garden center. With your professional knowledge you will be an important sparring partner when seasons are planned, plants are selected, and the garden center is continuously rearranged and developed. We highly value green professional knowledge for the care and upkeep of the plants in our garden centers - so the question is, is it you that we should have on the team?

Billigblomst has, since our start in 2009, been on an impressive development and growth journey and is today one of Denmark’s fastest-growing retail chains. In March 2026 we opened Billigblomst Randers in completely new and significantly larger facilities, which was another important step in our continued development. Most recently Billigblomst Sønderborg has undergone an extensive renovation and modernization, and today presents itself as a new and modern center.

The next big step on our growth journey will be the opening of Billigblomst Grindsted – our 12th center. But the growth journey does not stop here. We are actively working on several new locations around Denmark, so even more Danes in the future will have a Billigblomst center close to them.

In your daily work you can expect

• The overall responsibility for our garden center
• Arrangement and maintenance of the garden center
• Co-determination regarding purchases of garden plants
• Planning of seasons
• Ongoing shelf setting
• Caring for plants, as well as watering
• Customer contact and guidance in accordance with our service concept

This is a full-time position of 37 hours per week, where you will become part of the daily operations.

The work with us is varied and seasonal, so there will be opportunities for development and renewal in the job.

Billigblomst is open every day of the year (except January 1) which includes work on weekends and holidays. Expected start is February 2027, or by agreement.

• You are a trained gardener with 3-5 years of experience
• You preferably have experience from a similar position or garden center
• You have knowledge of purchasing garden plants
• You are diligent and have the right qualifications in the area
• You are spontaneous, persistent and adaptable
