You will be part of a team of four dedicated staff who work closely together on the clinical quality databases and quality development.

Your tasks will include

Administrative support for the regional forum: The Quality Group for personality disorders. The task consists of planning and coordinating meetings, agendas, follow-up and ensuring progress.

Support implementation of initiatives from the other regional quality groups for affective disorders, psychoses as well as ADHD and developmental disorders and the guidelines that come from the ”Danish Multidisciplinary Psychiatry Groups”, as well as translating professional recommendations into concrete workflows and actions in the organization.

Hospital liaison for the psychiatric clinical quality databases , where the task is to support the use of results for learning and quality development in collaboration with the database managers in Psychiatry and thereby support that the work with the clinical quality databases is aligned with the quality groups' local work.

Case handling , including preparation of case materials, briefs, presentations and other communications to management and relevant forums, as well as coordinating and collaborating across professional groups, departments, hospitals and regional collaboration interfaces.

In due course you will have other consulting tasks within the Quality Department's remit.

Experience and background

Your experience and background may be diverse, but we expect that you match several of the following:

  • Experience with consultancy work and preferably with implementation and quality development
  • Familiarity with health service task solving. Knowledge of psychiatry is an advantage
  • Academic background, preferably a master's degree or equivalent
  • Ability to create structure, overview and progress in processes with many stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to translate complex professional content into clear and usable communication
  • Good collaboration skills – including the ability to work with different professional groups and management levels
  • Ability to work independently and systematically while actively contributing to the team’s joint tasks.

We offer

We place emphasis on professional sparring, good cooperation and helping each other with both own and shared tasks.

In our department you will get

  • A good working environment with freedom under responsibility and good collaborative relations
  • A thorough introduction to your tasks
  • Good opportunities for professional and personal development

Your primary workplace is in Aabenraa. There may also be workdays at the hospital's sites in Sønderborg and Tønder, and therefore owning a car is necessary.
